My aim being a tutor is certainly to form in my scholars a deep perception as well as confidence at exams and being capable to tackle unfamiliar problems. The base of my approach is the idea that learning develops in an area of reciprocal recognition where the scholar is stimulated to think and establish relationships on their own. My practice has been that individual training has a special value to learners because of the ability to resolve the scholars' personal limitations to learning in a way that sets the bases for a deep and lasting perception of the subject matter.

Analytic thinking

My approach differs depending on the scholar's learning style and needs. Though, my teaching approach is based on motivating scholars to think on their own, employing real-world situations whenever they can. |In my opinion it is necessary to provide students with a working skills and to develop analytical skill-sets for improving upon this knowledge. Directing a person to think analytically is at the base of things that a child should take away off any subject course.

The role of mentoring

The most long-lasting increases a coach can do is training students, and it is a process, which I find pleasurable and rewarding. From my practice, I discovered the importance of involving scholars with the help of examples and of delivering information at a degree that implies mentality and yet not always knowledge, mixing the known with the unknown within a synthesis that delivers the student the disposition of likelihood instead of that of impossibility that official and impressive ways can inflict.

Using a lot of practising

I start from themes the children are good with and step increasingly to more complex sectors as their peace of mind is being established. I employ examples and questions to monitor comprehending continuously. I never lecture to children or request them to memorise information. Nor do I do the scholars' home tasks for them!
